Opus 1 - In Salon Extraction Booth

Opus 1 is our In-Salon spray tanning system and is available in 240v and 110v options. Manufactured using lightweight Aluminium, it weighs less than 30kg complete. This unit is supplied with our 12 month warranty as standard. Delivered to your salon in 3 boxes, the system can be assembled, up and running within 5 minutes. No tools are required for assembly.

For any salon to be offering a responsible spray tanning service, you must consider the Health & Safety implications for both your client and your therapist. Spray Tanning is the only treatment in the beauty industry, other than Nails, that presents apossible health risk with airborne contamination by breathing in wet particulate into the lungs. Over time, the health of your therapist may suffer by continued exposure to airborne particulate (overspray), more so than the client.

Take into account also, the damage spray tan particulate creates in your treatment room if it is left to accumulate day after day, staining plastics, paintwork, fixtures & fittings and floors. The last thing a client wants to do is receive a treatment in a stained, smelly and sticky room and the last thing you want to do is continuously re-decorate the treatment room. These are the hidden costs of poor extraction.

Opus 1 provides a high standard of extraction, effectively removing airborne particulate and pulling it at a rate of 1,000 cubic meters per hour into a comprehensive filtration system within the spray chamber. At this rate of extraction, your clients’ health is assured but more importantly, so is the health of your therapist. There is no need for them to wear face masks as airborne particulate is never pushed back towards the therapist, only ever pulled away from behind the client. It’s very rare in fact that they will even smell the fragrance of the tan during a treatment.
